Only down side was when we got to the finance dept. The guy was pushy and condescending. At one point we were contemplating just getting up and leaving. Just to stop the torture. If only Cory could have done the financing the whole experience would have been perfect! But glad we stayed ,we love our Honda and Cory is still very helpful with all our questions. More
Stop in if you're in need of a car So there we were, my 16 month old daughter and I, in the car I bought in 2002, looking for something different. I knew I wanted something with AWD, p So there we were, my 16 month old daughter and I, in the car I bought in 2002, looking for something different. I knew I wanted something with AWD, preferably a Subaru. We stopped in at Manly Honda and Lauren was right there to help. She found us something in the dealership database and got to work finding a price on which we could all agree. Although I was told they would not take my 1998 Grand Cherokee as a trade in, I appreciated the respect of not coming at me with a ridiculous lowball offer and was told that they would have a difficult time reselling it and that I would be better off selling it privately (which I did within a week and got what I was asking). The 2013 Forester that Lauren brought out for me exceeded my expectations. Yeah, there were little things (loose trim) that I pointed out, but she took notes and assured me they would be corrected before I took my new ride home. The financing went silky smooth and I was out without a toddler meltdown. Being that the car still had a couple of inspections to go though, I would not be able to pick it up for another five days. As excited as I was to drive home my new purchase, the sensible side of me suggested I wait for all the inspections to be completed. When it was time to pick it up, it had a full tank of gas, it had been thoroughly detailed, and the little discrepancies had been rectified. In the end, I give the experience five starts seeing that I had my baby with me the entire time and didn't want to drive into oncoming traffic after leaving the dealership. More

I can't imagine ever going anywhere else, even for a quickie oil change. I didn't give a five because I had to come back for some clarification, but am so glad I did. More than worth the time it took to return. Now I have my GO TO place for all my service. Thanks Luke. More
