Great service The service rep was very nice and friendly and eager to serve. Unfortunately, I still think two hours from the time I got there, to the time I left, is too long for an oil change and tire rotation. Lesson learned. Next time I will just drop the car off. More

Bought the car @ the internet quote! Cory McMurray was pleasant to deal with. I would have liked to give it a higher score, but the sales associate (Alina) that was helping me though the process was not very knowledgeable or pleasant to work with. It was very evident she cared about making a sale more than helping me feel good about the process. Her customer service skills were lacking. Her communication skills were also lacking. I placed a hold on a car because the model I wanted was not available. I had to go out of my way to call and check to see if it had been delivere when the date promised came around. My sales associate did not call me to keep me updated. I had to call and personally go to the dealership to check. And once the car did arrive she did not have any of the paper work ready so that the process could end smoothly. It was like going in and starting the process all over again. In my opinion she should have been prepared. Aside for her lack of skills, the rest of the sales associates and the financial manager were great. They were happy to help me and made the final process smooth. More
