With the absolutely astounding and Herculean efforts of Denise, Sean, and Nicole, I am now the proud and ecstatic owner of a beautiful royal blue Honda CRV. Again, this car is just such a God send for me as a single mother who works full time. I’m able to carry everything my little family needs without having to drive a bulky van. I was living overseas and planning a return to Northern California, so I went online and found a jeep that I liked. Jose was very helpful with initial paperwork and such. I am disappointed that a bad emergency brake was somehow overlooked in the inspection. I noticed the problem when living dealership, but had been traveling for over 30 hours by this time and just want to get to Napa. Long story short I was unable to schedule appointment that worked for me, so I worked on brakes myself and found the adjustment was way off and need to be changed. I did what I could at rear brakes and now need to adjust handle under console. Had this not happened it would have been a flawless sale. More
