At my last two visits Mario Vazquez was my service advisor. I found him to be highly professional, knowledgeable, helpful, honest, as well as being very friendly and a good communicator. He seemed to make customer satisfaction his highest priority, I would, most definitely, trust him to be able to handle any issue I ever have with my vehicle. I always have a great experience with Lori in the service department. However, this time I came in for a burning smell and engine noise. I was charged $500 for transmission flush.
