First time I’ve been there and I had a great experience! My rep was friendly and informative. She took the time to explain everything and ask if I had any questions. My rep was friendly and informative. She took the time to explain everything and ask if I had any questions. More

Everyone I meet is very professional and goes out of their way to be helpful and create a great experience, however, each time I leave I have found something that after something else has been fixed, ne their way to be helpful and create a great experience, however, each time I leave I have found something that after something else has been fixed, needs fixing, because work done caused other problems. I now have a broken part, the piece that covers my steering wheel base, after the mid panel of electronics was replaced. I heard a dragging sound on the steering wheel and discovered that the cover was dragging at the bottom. I pulled it up and tried to snap if back together, but found that it had been broken, and it was not like that before. This is the 3rd incident. Each one was handled immediately, but the last time I called the salesman that sold me the car, I got no response. It is disappointing, and I am sure frustrating to the salesman, but I bought the car, because it was in mint condition, and when took ownership, I found the radio and programming was not working and it was when I test drove it, so then they fixed the radio and shorted out something, then they replaced the entire panel, and now the cover is broken. I would really like this fixed too, but am a little nervous about what might happen. More
