Service Advisor was right on it the moment I pulled my car in. He explained what the service would include as well as alerted me to a future need (one month away) to change the air filters. I was on my way home via Lyft, which he ordered. Several hours later he called to say Lyft was on its way to pick me up. Check out was speedy. And, there had been time, and staff, available to wash my car. It looked brand new! All in all it was an excellent experience. More
My Honda developed a water leak a few days prior to a 5-day visit from Ohio guests; for which my (only) car was needed to drive several hundred miles. Phone call to regular service agent said Honda dealer schedule could not accommodate my requests for near-term inspection and service. But an appointment was booked anyway. Later I directly contacted your agent Brian Dorsey, who advised me to leave my car at dealer, and he would somehow insert my car into his service schedule. Service was performed rapidly, perhaps using a temporary fix, that left me quite satisfied. My entire actual service experience, including two round trips to my home, was quite efficient and pleasant. More
