Service was fine, but when I picked the car up it was not washed. I had to ask why not, I was just given an excuse. It would have been better customer service if someone would tell me it wasn't washed, espec washed. I had to ask why not, I was just given an excuse. It would have been better customer service if someone would tell me it wasn't washed, especially as the service advisor told me it would be when I dropped the car off. They also could have offered a wash voucher or something. More
