I was looking to lease a Honda CR-V. This was the only dealership that actually offered the deals advertised on Honda’s website and didn’t try to upsell me ridiculously marked up vehicles. Ryan T was great to deal with. There was a misunderstanding about the price with and without the CARB/PGE instant $1500 rebare, which was ultimately given when we sat down with finance and pai misunderstanding about the price with and without the CARB/PGE instant $1500 rebare, which was ultimately given when we sat down with finance and paid for the vehicle. But Ryan 's initial price sheet when we first sat down to close the deal was confusing, not the same as when we met with finance. That should not happen. The finance person was very good, too once all was explained. One area to expand upon is walking the customer slowly through the primary sensors/message lighjts/controls, which are now daunting with all the electronics in a vehicle. Ryan helped us link our smart phones buy I had to work through making the HondaLink connection at home. Probably that should be set up and verified to work properly before the customer drives away from the dealership. Again, we appreciating working with Manly staff. A final note, the car was not fully charged (PHEV) and gas tank was only 2/3rds full, not what was promised although this did not really bother us. More
