I am very happy with this dealership for several reasons. They had a variety of cars available in their inventory, customer service was beyond excellent, and I felt like prices there was very reasonable. I’ve bought two cars at a Honda dealership in Vallejo which is in town and had decent experience with them but with Alex K, I really felt like I was genuinely being taken cared of. The lot is so huge that I was a little unsure if I was looking at a car that was for sale but I found the car I saw online with ease. We went up to the desk and Alex fetched the keys and car right away to begin the test drive. We first drove to the gas station to fill up the car and he went over some features of the car, then we switched seats so I could drive. I was very nervous to drive around since I am not from Santa Rosa but he directed me onto the freeway, city, and a back road that was slightly windy so that I could really get a feel for the car which was a first for me and I appreciated that extra effort. When we got back he went over brief paperwork and quote of what my monthly would look like with different down payments while we waited for financial advisor. In the meantime, we were offered cold beverages and Alex even ordered us food! He went above and beyond for my family and made a huge difference because we didn’t eat all day and it was already dinner time. The wait was pretty lengthy to see the financial advisor, I’m not sure if it was because it was memorial weekend or if they’re always that busy. During that time, Alex helped me pair my phone to the new car and went over more features of the car. Finally we were able to see Edgar and he helped us with a better interest rate than the one I came in preapproved with. I felt like my best interest was being prioritized which in my experience feels like that doesn’t always happen when buying a car. We had a little hiccup with the last step with the down payment but Edgar was extremely patient and really worked with us to get that done. I’ll definitely bring my business back to them and recommend them to friends and family despite of the one hour plus commute to the dealership. I’d 110% come back and ask for Alex K. and Edgar. They were very friendly, genuine, approachable, and everything you wouldn’t expect from a car dealership. 10 of 5 stars, hands down. More
