Entry way to building is tricky b/c Manly Honda and Manly Hyundai are right next to each other and they're both blue trimmed buildings and lyft drivers they hire to shuttle you around are clueless, had to go to Hyundai to get my Honda Lyft ride, and then Manly paid for my Lyft to leave (thanks) the dealership but not my lyft back (no thanks) But my service liaison was great very attentive and courteous on the drop off. On the pick up, he was busy and I stood and waited and also went inside to get help, at least 6 employees walked by me or looked at me w/o asking if I needed help, I finally walked up to a service advisor who had walked by me twice before and asked for help, then he was accommodating, all good but everyone was too busy to notice the guy standing there looking for help.... thanks Honda car is good and I believe in the product, 15 years and 250,000 miles...… More
