When I arrived I was told there was a recall on my car, however it wouldn’t be performed that day and I had confirmed that I didn’t have time, so all was good. I was offered a Lyft, however I live over an hour away, so o said i would just wait. At this point I was not told it would be a 2 hour wait. I was there for just service, so I assumed MAYBE an hour. As an hour and a half goes by, I found someone and asked if there was an estimate on time.. they didn’t know so they went to find the girl who had signed me in. She seemed a bit irritated and responded with, I told you it was a 2 hour wait, that’s why I offered you a Lyft. I again said well, I live over an hour away and she then realized why I couldn’t take a Lyft. I was also never told it would be a 2 hour wait. About 30 minutes goes by and the gal comes back and tells me they had started the recall on my car and had just went ahead and done so without her asking them otherwise. She felt badly but I knew it wasn’t her fault.. mistakes happen however this costed me to miss an appointment elsewhere because it took another hour. I was at manly for 3 hours. For an oil change, that is insane. I will say the girl who helped me did change her way of speaking to me and apologized profusely when i was checking out. Again, I know everyone has bad days and all... so I understand that.. This is the second time servicing my car here and the first time took awhile, but certainly not this long. I think when booking the appointment it should be clearly stated that there is a 2 hour minimum wait. I probably will not be bringing my car back here unless it is for a major service. I like to bring my car to the dealership it was purchased at. And being over an hour away, it’s not worth it at this rate or service and satisfaction. More

I came in to have a door locked replaced. The part had to be ordered and arrrived the next day. America took care of everything else. After experiencing a horrible mechanical issue I first took it to another dealership. They brushed it off and sent me on my way. My car failed again in the same manner, nearly causing an accident.
