I was helped by a service member named mike super friendly and all did his best to make the process fast and Easy so I can get the service done to my car until I had to get my rental car the woman th friendly and all did his best to make the process fast and Easy so I can get the service done to my car until I had to get my rental car the woman that helped me I don’t recall her name immediately was rude and said you can’t get a rental because I wasn’t 21 but no one said anything about being 21 to get a rental when I called to make the appointment over the phone and when I first purchased my car I got a rental while I was given my car and the service member tried telling her to help me because I wasn’t alone she did not do anything what so ever to help all she said take her to Enterprise so they can help her they’ll charge her $30 for a rental and I don’t live in Santa Rosa I live in Vallejo and It didn’t help to have this very rude woman give me attitude I just said ok grabbed my papers left and got an Uber out of pocket I will not be coming back to get my car service at manly Honda because it’s an inconvenience to drive all the way over there on my day off from work just to get that very unpleasant attitude from the staff there More
