Jennifer is a liability to your company I have always been a loyal customer and in the past, I have received great service from the techs. I have had HORRIBLE experiences with Jennifer, and I have always been a loyal customer and in the past, I have received great service from the techs. I have had HORRIBLE experiences with Jennifer, and I have found her to be unorganized, unresponsive, lazy, unhelpful and outright rude. She has failed to help me in any adequate fashion the last two times I have serviced my vehicle, in trying to arrange a loaner vehicle. This last time, after scheduling my car 2 weeks in advance, she called me after closing, the night before my service date to ask for necessary documents. I was not available because I was working and she completely dropped the ball and neglected to send me a loaner car, that I was 100% depending on. I won't even get into the time before that, when she argued with me on the phone and I had to speak to her supervisor to get anything done. I complained this time about her, but honestly, unless she is fired, I don't want to bring my car back... She is enough of a problem, that my entire experience is colored by her negativity and it just doesn't make me want to come back... I don't know why you are keeping her. She is really awful and fails at her job. More

Professional and efficient staff. I was directed to the service advisor quickly and Bill helped me with my needs. He called me later to give me updates on my car and then again when my car was ready for pi service advisor quickly and Bill helped me with my needs. Theo from the service department was very helpful in removing and installing a plate plug to my new car. He expressed concern of no scratching the paint when attempting to remove the part. This was probably the worse experience I had with manly. I’m my first appointment was scheduled last weekend and I self check in not knowing I still had to check in. After 2 1/2 hours of waiting I finally asked for an update on my car. Since I didn’t check in my car was not service. And needed to reschedule since I too had plans. I was annoyed because the car was sitting in the service drive way for 2 1/2 hours and it didn’t occur to anyone to check the waiting room to see If anyone needed to check in. Knowing there is and ongoing issues with the self checkin. I returned yesterday to get my routine oil change and flat repairs, didn’t even notice I got a flat.( my air pressure light comes on when I hit a big pot hole) my advisor was trying to be helpful. She seems stressed I explain what had happened las weekend and she too apologize and wanted me to get my car service as quickly as possible. It didn’t happen I was told it would take long than my promised time. I left with a rental. It did put a dent in my afternoon knowing I was on a time restricted too. I left to the coast not knowing there’s would be additional problems with the car. ( no reception either) I called once I got phone service but but my advisor was still helping a costumer and told the receptionist that I got the messages and I was fine with replacing the damage tire. She insisted I waited for her she really wanted to talk. After 10 minutes on hold I was just 5 minutes away. When I got back I was told it was too late to change the tire and I needed to come back another day along with a couple of filters replaced was recommended. I was told it would take 3 hours this point I was truly disappointed. I understand they need a consent for the new Tire but the could have put my spare on instead. Instead they let me leave with the flat, putting myself and the kids I had with me in danger. I did get my tire replaced today elsewhere in less than 30Minutes and he even explain to me why the flat couldn’t be repaired. After the remodel the service has not been the same. Yes I would like a follow to my experience because no one should he treated like this. More
