The vehicle needed some additional time to be made ready (at my request) to leave the lot. Dealership provided me a loaner car so that I could return home and would not have to aimlessly stroll around the sales floor. Excellent and friendly operation. Immaculately clean! My service coordinator was friendly, patient, helpful and informative. The valet service was excellent and appreciated. Driver was very pleasant. I am still having problems with lights staying on constantly even in off position and shaking steering wheel when accelerated between 60 and 70. These were requested to be looked at. I found a car I was interested in online and I called the dealer and spoke with Efrain and asked if the car was still available. He said he would check and call me back. He checked and actually texted me more photos and was very nice and helpful. We went in and Luis Hernandez showed us the car and went on a test drive with us. He was very nice. At the end of the transaction Josh Feinberg helped us close the deal. I liked that he spoke of what he would do if it was for his wife and kids safety. It makes it seem like your dealing with a humble and conscious person instead of just a sale shark. I thoroughly enjoyed the experience and I love my new (used) car ha ha. I looked at other Honda dealers and I was drawn more to Manly Honda and am very glad that I went there. More
