They had the car ready for me shortly after I arrived, and from there we quickly reached agreement on a final price. Staff was competent, professional, and did not try any "hardball" sales tactics. The vehicle needed some additional time to be made ready (at my request) to leave the lot. Dealership provided me a loaner car so that I could return home and would not have to aimlessly stroll around the sales floor. Shortly after returning home the Sales Representative delivered my new vehicle directly to my residence. Easiest experience I've ever had buying a car - new or used 10 /10: would recommend More

Excellent and friendly operation. Immaculately clean! My service coordinator was friendly, patient, helpful and informative. The valet service was excellent and appreciated. Driver was very pleasant. I am still having problems with lights staying on constantly even in off position and shaking steering wheel when accelerated between 60 and 70. These were requested to be looked at. Alittle dissappointed this was not resolved and now need to go back. Ugh! Overall all my points of contact has been excellent. More
I found a car I was interested in online and I called the dealer and spoke with Efrain and asked if the car was still available. He said he would check and call me back. He checked and actually texted me more photos and was very nice and helpful. We went in and Luis Hernandez showed us the car and went on a test drive with us. He was very nice. At the end of the transaction Josh Feinberg helped us close the deal. I liked that he spoke of what he would do if it was for his wife and kids safety. It makes it seem like your dealing with a humble and conscious person instead of just a sale shark. I thoroughly enjoyed the experience and I love my new (used) car ha ha. I looked at other Honda dealers and I was drawn more to Manly Honda and am very glad that I went there. More

He made this experience swift especially since there was an issue re I would like to first and foremost share my gratitude and thank you towards Jose. He made this experience swift especially since there was an issue regarding warranty and the current vehicle I took in. From getting us a loaner car while the car was in the shop to the moment we picked up the car. Car was fixed and my front suspension is in much better condition than before. Thank you.
