Excellent service Recently, I brought my Honda Accord into the Manly Honda service center and was assisted by several friendly, patient and knowledgeable employees. Recently, I brought my Honda Accord into the Manly Honda service center and was assisted by several friendly, patient and knowledgeable employees. Giovanni Ceremony was my service advisor and he kept me in the loop throughout the week that my car was being serviced. He communicated with me on a daily basis and persisted in making sure that my car issue was fixed before I picked it up. The staff at Manly Honda is very professional and friendly to work with including employees at the rental car desk. During a stressful situation with my car's issues, I felt taken care of and reassured that my car would be fixed in a timely manner. Thank you! More

Good job Came in for some routine maintenance because my former mechanic retired and I have yet to find a good replacement. The representative who helped me was energetic and cheerful, and he did a good job talking me through what they did. Not sure yet if they'll be my new regular place to go for routine maintenance, but I don't have any problems with coming back. More

Waste of time I took my car in to be serviced (oil and transmission fluid) several months ago. Recently my car started acting up, so I brought it back, turns out so I took my car in to be serviced (oil and transmission fluid) several months ago. Recently my car started acting up, so I brought it back, turns out someone didn't tighten a bolt on the transmission and it was leaking fluid. Rather than taking responsibility for it, they said something must have hit the bolt while I was driving and loosened it. Right. Totally how that works. Then they wanted to charge me $500, that I *might* get reimbursed for, to inspect and repair the A/C. I think not! Horrible customer service, horrible accountability, will definitely be patronizing Hansel Honda instead for all my future Honda needs. More

Josh Feinberg handled the finance paperwork and was also a pleasure to work with. He was knowledgeable and efficient without being high pressure. He took time to make sure all the data entered on the paperwork was correct and making sure I understood all my options. He also provided me with an electronic copy of my purchase contract which I've never gotten before when purchasing a vehicle (hard copies were provided as well). Overall, it was a smooth and relatively fast purchase process. More
