Bad Experience Car wouldn't start and when I brought it in they said they couldn't find anything wrong and suggested I had left a door open which drained the battery Car wouldn't start and when I brought it in they said they couldn't find anything wrong and suggested I had left a door open which drained the battery. Charged me for labor even though they didn't fix anything. Of course it happened again which meant I had to bring it back a second time and this time they replaced the battery. In their defense they didn't charge me for labor the second time but it was not a pleasant experience; service staff member was very defensive and couldn't seem to understand my frustration that they were unable to fix it the first time. More
