Excellent Customer Service! I called to bring my car in for a recall. Tiffeny at the service desk took my call and was so professional, kind, & was able to get me in right away. When I arrived someone greeted me at the door and directed me where to the front desk where Tiffeny was. She (again) was very professional, patient & kind. She checked me in, offered me coffee/tea/snacks and led me to the (super clean!!) waiting area where I waited for only a minute before Bill (very professional, quick, knowledgeable & kind) helped me. The car was done right when they said it was and they even washed it!!! I would definitely recommend Manly service center to anyone. More

Used Car Purchasae I recently purchased a Toyota 4Runner SR5 4WD. It was advertised as a Premium on CarGuru along with another 4Runner but I could see that it had cloth I recently purchased a Toyota 4Runner SR5 4WD. It was advertised as a Premium on CarGuru along with another 4Runner but I could see that it had cloth seats so i call and specifically asked it it was a Premium and was told yes it was. So I traveled 2 hours to test drive it. My son new the second we opened the door that it was not a premium. Heated seats are a big deal for him..but for a 2019 with 20000 miles it was still a good deal so we took it for a test drive. Jose was super chill and Dave was funny an nice. I ended up trading in my 2006 Honda Pilot and purchased the 4Runner. I love the 4Runner and my overall experience was a good one. I already had financing so it was hassle free and i never felt pressured. I do, however, feel that they should know basic information about every car they sell even if it is not a Honda. More
