Terra handled all of the interaction with the warranty people to get the car fixed in a timely manner and also provided me with a courtesy car until the work was done. She kept me up to date on what was happening and got my car back to me as quickly as possible. More
High expectations, with low actual service I Brought truck in 2 weeks ago for a recall, a minor service, and warranty check on tailight. First advisor seemed to have it under control. Told I Brought truck in 2 weeks ago for a recall, a minor service, and warranty check on tailight. First advisor seemed to have it under control. Told me they needed to order a part for tailight. And found a leaky rear axel gasket or something like that. So we scheduled me to come back for this visit. When I arrived I waited 20 minutes to see any advisor avail. When i finally was put with an advisor, he knew nothing about my truck appointment. When he looked through the notes he said they were putting on a new Axcel! I said no, just fixing a leak...oh, he says. Then he says they are putting in a new tailight, no I say just fixing something loose... I had him call parts to figure out what was ordered and needing to be done. Finally parts gave him a clue of why I was back. So he setup all and said it would take 3 hours. (By the way when I got my truck back after the first visit there were tools left on my floorboard in the back seat...and that didn’t instill confidence in me that the work was done properly. Leaving screwdrivers and impact drills in my truck right out in the open and no one ever sees that they are there. Who inspected the final work?) Anyway, back to this visit...So 4 hours after I dropped my truck on the second visit I still haven’t heard from anyone. Finally I use your text service to ask, is my truck ready? 45 minutes later I get a call, we need to keep it overnight, the gasket for the tailight from the first visit was ordered wrong and we need to reorder it. It will be here tomorrow. I tell them I need my truck, he says we can get you a loaner ridgline right now. That is why I gave 2 stars by the way. The loaner allowed me to finish some vital work for my company. However When my wife brought it back the next day after we drove it a total of maybe 65 miles, your rental Dept charged us 6 gallons of gas at $6 per gallon. No way it was over 4 gallons used. I reset the miles when we took it off the lot. So thanks for that over charge as well. so I’m sure you can see why I have a relatively bad review here. It was not the experience I was promised when I spent $45,000,00 on my new Honda truck. A truck I love and care for very well. A truck even Brian manly admired when I came in because he loved the lift kit and tire/rim modifications made to it. Modifications he wants to do to his own ridge line. A truck like this advertises for Honda...but when people ask me about what I think about the dealership, what should I say? What would you say? I wanna buy an suv next. Trading in my car later this year...anyway, I’m sure you get the point. So there you go. As a business owner, I’m sure that after reading this you are just as disappointed as I am. More

She was knowledgeable, attentive, welcoming, and helpful; clear in explaining what servicing my car needed; and gav I was well taken care of by Terra. She was knowledgeable, attentive, welcoming, and helpful; clear in explaining what servicing my car needed; and gave me a completion time guesstimate; offered me coffee or tea; and went out of her way to find a snack for me. The showroom waiting area was pleasant and the waiting time went by quickly. My car was then finished, I signed docs, and was on my way. No problems, no delays. This is how a service visit should be.
