I live in Napa and had been at the local dealership that s I want to give a HUGE shout out to Albert Villalobos, Manley Honda and Steve McKerracher. I live in Napa and had been at the local dealership that same day looking for a new vehicle. When I called on the phone I already knew which car I wanted to look at when I arrived. AJ (Albert Junior) had the car parked right in front and ready for me to look at. I drove all the way from Napa just to see this car. AJ gave me his time and was so pleasant the entire time I never felt like I was being rushed he explained everything that I wanted to know very patiently. Once I got into the finance department Steve McKerracher treated me like royalty. Manly Honda - the people that own it are amazing! I was given special deals that I would not have been given had I bought the Honda in my hometown of Napa because the Manly’s truly care about people. The employees are wonderful! Two guys named Jim A few weeks ago on a Saturday, I needed to drive myself and some family members to LA for a funeral. When I came out with overnight bags in hand, my h A few weeks ago on a Saturday, I needed to drive myself and some family members to LA for a funeral. When I came out with overnight bags in hand, my husband Michael went to move the car out of the garage. Our CRV would not start; it just gave some flashing lights on the dash but would not turn the motor over. We were totally perplexed as it had been started twice that morning and everything was fine. Michael quickly called your service department. After speaking with Jim, he decided to jump the car and see if he could get it to start. Jim had told Michael that if we could get the car to the dealership quickly they could test the battery (it was already after 2pm). After 3 tries at jumping it, the car came to life. We tossed my bags in the back and drove straight to your service department (around 13 miles away). With all the challenges and confusion I was dealing with that day, I had the good fortune to find not just one, but two gentlemen named Jim who were fantastic! Even though they had other customers to see and it was now close to 3pm, they got my car in, tested it, found the battery was failing and replaced it all under warranty. They were kind knowing I was trying to get on the road for a long drive to attend a funeral. This kind of service should be recognized. Having this kind of service on the weekend and resolved so quickly made all the difference to me especially that day.
