After I first went in, Tom kept in touch with me and provided a few options to choose from and was very respectful of my budget. When I decided on a car, instead of trying to give me a hard sell or get me to pay more, he worked with the finance department to get me the car at my budget level. I really feel that he went above and beyond and I am grateful for that! More

The waiting area is VERY nice, comfortable, and and have plenty of charging station for your services. They also provide free espresso type coffee/tea/water, and a few snacks. Nice touch. When I found that the EX (one model higher than the LX) was a better fit, they worked with I went in wanting 2 Honda pilot LX (the cheapest one) cars. When I found that the EX (one model higher than the LX) was a better fit, they worked with me to figure out how to make the EX affordable for me. Juan was a gem to work with.
