Rare these days I had made an appt for oil and brakes on my Honda. One of the things that stood out was the time my service advisor took to answer my questions about I had made an appt for oil and brakes on my Honda. One of the things that stood out was the time my service advisor took to answer my questions about my current service. I was also asking about future services I know I’ll be needing and price checks, time it takes etc... what I didn’t realize was there was a long line behind me and my service advisor spent a lot of time with out me feeling like he was busy and needed to move on to next customer.
