Very happy I was nervous because we drove 2 hours to look at a Pilot. We called Luis and he stated the vehicle was there and would hold it for us to look at. Whe I was nervous because we drove 2 hours to look at a Pilot. We called Luis and he stated the vehicle was there and would hold it for us to look at. When we arrived Luis had the vehicle waiting for us. He was knowledgeable about the vehicle but if he wasn't sure he would get the answer. great service for both purchases I purchased a 2017 Honda CR-V EX-L back in January 2018 from Rosa Chavez to replace a vehicle that my kids used but was burned in the Tubbs. Rosa was so friendly and knowable making the experience so easy. Fast forward to August 2018 and that CR-V is now in Arizona with my daughter who is there for Graduate School. Still needing a third car at home, I ended up back at Manly. Working with both Rosa Chavez and Juan Martinez I ended up with a 2018 CR-V Touring. They worked great as a team and once again made the process of buying a car so easy. More

We finally decided on a good day to meet and when I arrived, Jesse had the keys to the cars I was interested in. He made the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. Jesse is the BEST! My finance manager was Beejan Roohian.....Very personable guy. We got along well, and he also gave me some nice breaks on prices (which I truly appreciated).
