Best dealership ever!! I have purchased many cars from Manly Honda and have always had a great experience. Although I have not bought a car directly from Cory, I want to po I have purchased many cars from Manly Honda and have always had a great experience. Although I have not bought a car directly from Cory, I want to point out that he has always been a great resource for me and even though he was not earning a commission, he still went out of his way to help me with issues regarding my vehicles and helping me with questions about features etc. On top of that, no matter what is going on in his own life, Cory is always the upbeat positive person you would want in a salesman. He also is not what many would classify as a cars salesman, he doesn't pressure you or make you feel bad if you need more time etc. If you are thinking about buying a Honda I would talk with Cory. I also want to point out Dave Ashby in service also did an exceptional job at taking care of a recurring mechanical issue with one of my cars and was able to solve the issue when others could not. I also have worked with the finance department when I purchased my most recent car and dealt with Dave Sambad. Dave is a no nonsense guy, he explains everything in detail and provides reasoning as to why it is beneficial. Over the years I have dealt with many car dealerships in my line of business (Insurance) and I have to say that dealing with Manly has always been a positive experience. Mandi was very accommodating, offering drinks and snacks to all of us who waited. She also told me about the Upgrade program. What an ingenious idea!! My car still feels like a baby and I’m not quite ready for a new one, but when I am, I’ll be coming in to Manly Honda! I’ll just make sure my car is due for a big service because she said that they would even pay for it if I Upgrade! Be ready Ted! You’re my guy to go to! More

Warranty up, not going back to dealer Took 2012 ridgeline in for service. Service advisor suggested to me I should get the 60k service even though my truck was on 55k Miles. I refused. I refused. he said if I get the service that day it will only cost me a bit over $550. But if I wait until 60k it will cost me $1200. I felt as if they use scare tactics to try to get you to purchase more service than needed. I was also told my car would be vacuumed after the service. It was not vaccummed- why offer if you don’t follow through. And the service advisor Jose is not good. I had Mike before he was much better. Before I would always rent a car while truck in service. This time I stayed and waited. Every service tech used scare tactics to convince each customer to purchase more than needed. They are in it for the money. I don’t trust them. Also, I went in for service in Dec. 2017. I rented a vehicle during service. I also purchased a new key. This key was not ever programmed. When I returned in June they reprogrammed the key, they did not offer me anything for my time and frustration. All they want is money money money. Good bye and good riddance. I’m going to a mechanic I can trust. And Brian you are correct, you can’t please everyone. Customers please note that the owner said nothing about the price increase for the same service between 55k and 60k service. So feel free to give the dealership extra money for nothing. I never heard of such a price increase for the same service if you do not get it today, it’s going to cost you $700 more in 5k miles. Can you explain this price increase sir? More

The one I wanted ended up being a bit difficult to get a hold of but I was blown away by the service at Manly honda when I went to purchase a new car. The one I wanted ended up being a bit difficult to get a hold of but Ben Steinberg and Tom Henshel worked really hard with me to find the right car and I couldn’t be happier!
