I'm getting mixed results in my visits. Most lately, I brought my Civic in for an oil change and replacement of six dashboard bulbs. After more than two hours, Lucia told me that the bulb Most lately, I brought my Civic in for an oil change and replacement of six dashboard bulbs. After more than two hours, Lucia told me that the bulbs could not be replaced without removing the heater from behind the dash, and that it would take a lot of time and money to get it fixed. I didn't know if she was correct, and so I did not authorize the work. I wish she had told me earlier so that I wouldn't be assuming the work was in progress. In an earlier visit, I asked the service rep to fix the door on the change compartment on the very left side of the dash. She forgot to write it down. When I went to pay, I learned that the work had not been done. I'm pleased that some of your veteran service people have returned or are still there but have changed departments. Bill Robertson in Parts delivers excellent customer service and always has. Dave Ashby has returned, and there's nobody better at explaining exactly what work is required during a service call, and then getting it done right and on time. He is a font of knowledge. I've worked with Ted Krupinsky on many occasions, and he's another rep who's at the top of his game. On one of my recent visits I worked with Mario Vaszuez, and he was so attentive to details, getting the work done, and getting me out the door. More
