I brought my car in for general maintenance and to repair a coolant hose leak. I described to the service representative where the crack coolant hose was leaking coolant. The crack hose was visible. When I received the car back after service and droved my car home, I noticed it was still leaking coolant on the driveway. I investigated the leak and saw that the wrong hose was replaced. The next day I brought the car back to the service department and showed the service representative the cracked hose was not replaced, and my car was still leaking coolant. The service representative immediately ordered the correct part and scheduled a next day appointment to correct the problem. Service representatives Lisa and Brian were very courteous and professional taking care of the problem. My car has been serviced at Manly Honda for almost 30 years. More
I have gone to Manly Honda for all services needed on my vehicle for years and I must say I've never ever had a negative though however this time I was amazed in how long I had to be there just to have an vehicle for years and I must say I've never ever had a negative though however this time I was amazed in how long I had to be there just to have an oil change, check my fluid levels, and tires rotated, unbelievable to say the least, and not only that but I was over charged by two dollars and two cents. Total due on invoice was $93.02 and yet my card was charged $95.04. Sorry to say its pretty sad. More
