Went in for an oil change and they were very attentive and organized. They started on my car right away and gave me a free car wash. Everyone was very nice and I enjoyed their hospitality as I waited by and organized. They started on my car right away and gave me a free car wash. Well, it was nice that they handled the recall my vehicle had, however, what was supposed to take “30 minutes” took 8 hours with an appointment and on top of that they didn’t call me to tell me it was ready had, however, what was supposed to take “30 minutes” took 8 hours with an appointment and on top of that they didn’t call me to tell me it was ready (I had to call 30 minutes before closing and scramble to get a ride) AND they didn’t provide the complementary wash they offered.
