The young woman who helped us was lovely. She had a great personality and was personable. When I first purchased my car I had fantastic service. There was great communication and I had no doubt my car would come back in perfect working order. The past few times I have had either issues with my advisor (trying to diagnose my car, not updating me on the status of my car or not answering me at all) or the technicians not doing things correctly (leaving my hood open upon pick up-this was the most recent time, leaving the headlights unhooked etc). She took pictures and it was sent to managment for review they couldnt help me but said i must of hit something (i would know if i hit something especially on a newer car) and there was nothing they could do (apprently newer civic hatchbacks have this problem, bad design). I just felt like they wouldnt help me unless i threw a fit. They have good service but little compassion. More
