We brought our car in for a scheduled appointment to look at the batter cable and light that kept coming on. You had our car from 11:30-5 and in the end told us what was wrong and was going to order the part at the batter cable and light that kept coming on. Well the parts were never ordered and there was no follow up. We drove to Tahoe and the battery light came on in Echo Park and AAA tells me that my alternator is bad and needs to be replaced. Why wasn't it tested when we had it in with you for a review of battery issues? It took AAA and the mechanic that fixed it 5 minutes to diagnose the issue. Shops in Tahoe are 2+ weeks out for service and that left us in a jam. Your shops lack of complete diagnostic review and diagnosis put my family in a situation and was completely avoidable. I am totally disappointed in the service we received. How does it not give me pause about coming back? It was something so basic and should have been examined when reviewing battery concerns. What happens when it is something more serious? More

I have had a very long and wonderful relationship with both the Manly dealership and the Honda brand. I love Honda vehicles for both their design and engineering and have referred family members and frie both the Manly dealership and the Honda brand. I love Honda vehicles for both their design and engineering and have referred family members and friends to this dealer and the Honda brand, and I brought my daughter to this dealership to purchase her first car. This all changed on my most recent visit. My leather seat cushion of my 2017 Honda Accord Hybrid (5 1/2 yrs) was starting to tear along the bead pattern and one of the seams. Service rep said there was nothing they could do even if I had purchased the extended warranty. I visited an upholstery professional who was surprised to determine the leather was of poor quality given Honda's reputation. I returned to Manly with this information and the service representative submitted a "grievance" claim to Honda. Service rep later contacted me to say "Honda declined" my claim and there were no other options. However, they did not need to take my word for it, they could have referred it to their own chosen third party professional. Now its on me to get the work done which is turning out to be significant. Wonderful vehicle and dealer, but on the rare occasion their quality control does not find a defect, you cannot trust them to do the right thing. For this reason I am now done with both the Manly dealership and the Honda brand. Thank you for the opportunity to voice my opinion. More
