Lori Comini service and support was great. I only have one problem with the service rendered. Every time I bring the Ridgeline for service the dash panel is never returned as it was delivered I only have one problem with the service rendered. I ordered parts to repair the seatbelt on my 2003 Element. When I went to pick it up the gentleman informed me they were covered under lifetime warranty and got me in to have the part installed at no Element. When I went to pick it up the gentleman informed me they were covered under lifetime warranty and got me in to have the part installed at no charge 2 days later. Such a great experience. Far better than any other dealer in Santa Rosa! Thank you! More
