My Service Writer was very knowledgeable and went over everything that needed to be done on my vehicle and communication is important to keep with your customers, So I’m happy to say she did. Trouble shooting a intermitant problem is difficult at best and Manly has been great about tracking down the issue. I used my smart phone to video the failure to start and the dash indicator. I drive an hour just to get there, and an hour back, of course. Routine maintenance has taken up to 3 to 4 hours. This visit required only that back seat protectors be installed in my new car. It took two hours. I always show up on time. The visit always takes about twice the amount of time it should… even with the car wash, which is much appreciated, by the way. More
