I brought my car to your shop with tape holding my wheel well trim to hold it in place as some of the clips had been lost and it was loose. However that it not what I brought my car into the shop for. I bro well trim to hold it in place as some of the clips had been lost and it was loose. However that it not what I brought my car into the shop for. I brought it in because the AC was not blowing cold. I was later informed that the exhaust hose for the AC needed to be changed. I was not informed that they had to remove the tape holding my wheel well trim in place. If they had I would have asked them how much to put new clips on and if needed how much to replace the trim as the labor part was being done to fix the AC. When I picked my car up the trim was no longer secure as they had not re-secured it in any way. There was not good communication regarding my car. More

We have serviced our Honda CRV since we bought it new in 2015 at Manly. Quality service and friendly professionals like Shyla Saxton. We were going on some lengthy traveling earlier this month and I took 2015 at Manly. Quality service and friendly professionals like Shyla Saxton. We were going on some lengthy traveling earlier this month and I took our Honda in for inspection of fluids and tires and Shyla was my Service Advisor. After returning from our trips, I brought our car in for its scheduled servicing, and was happy to see Shyla was assigned as my advisor. Both times I received top rate assistance from her! She explains all the points of servicing so nice and easily, and provided some very important recommendations that I agreed upon. Friendly, quality Service Advisors like Shyla Saxton is why we always bring our 2015 Honda CRV to Manly! More

I've been going to Manly Honda for maintenance and repair for many years. Each time I'm greeted at the front entrance by a person who always strikes me as both friendly and helpful. I am welcomed inside to f for many years. Each time I'm greeted at the front entrance by a person who always strikes me as both friendly and helpful. I am welcomed inside to finalize things and the good attitudes persist. I never feel for a second that they are being nice because they are bullied into good behavior. I always feel that they were hired because they were the best for this kind of work. Are such hiring pratices unfair to people with bad attitudes? I hope so! 😡 More
