Its wonderful to be able to bring my car in for an oil change and tire rotation and have everything done at the same time in one location. I choose Manly Honda because I am single with no family and I can change and tire rotation and have everything done at the same time in one location. I choose Manly Honda because I am single with no family and I can wait in the clean lovey waiting area and I don't need to find someone to give me a ride (like I had too before with car shops that don't have a comfortable waiting area). Being at Manly Honda is a pleasant experience. I drink my tea and read a book and then my car is ready and I zoom off a happy lady. And the free car wash is a bonus! Love Honda! More

The sales people are great always work hard to get done what needs to be done and accommodate. As a client it was extremely hard for me to trust sales people but the people I got Nicole and Sean made it su what needs to be done and accommodate. Accepted walk in and I really needed my car serviced because I only had 5% oil life left. Happy with the service and they even offered a Lyft ride for me, free of charge, to transport me back to my work because I only had 5% oil life left. Poor experience, terrible communication, my car was not serviced properly, also charged for a service that’s was not done to my car, per the person that was handling my car an alignment was supposedly done serviced properly, also charged for a service that’s was not done to my car, per the person that was handling my car an alignment was supposedly done to my car but instead made my car worse and had to take my car to a different location for a second opinion, overall this has been the most terrible experience I have had with Honda. I had to return a 2nd time because they don't have staff to fix brakes w/ a late afternoon appt. No one told me. I had to return the 90 min. drive each way for an additional appt. My first appointment took longer than expected but no one came to talk to me about the extended time. The second appointment to fix my brakes was completed faster than they promised which was excellent. On my first appointment, I had to pay for an uber to take to me to & from a medical appointment. What happened to the good customer service w/ the shuttle? Toyota pays for their customer's uber's rides completely. Maybe it is time to change vehicles for better customer service. More
