The representative was very rude. She said my name was difficult, she wanted to help a customer who was behind me on line. I am a Latina and this other customer was not. I asked her when my car was going to be ready and she ignored my question , I asked her again and she never responded to my question. She didn’t explained the service done to my car after the service. I asked my Lease cover those charges , she said the people in te lease department ro a bad job at explaining the leases and they “her and her department” look like her bad people. I was thinking about canceling my services until I understood what was covered and she exclaimed “are you going to cancel the services your order?!” She talked to other employees and customers while I was talking to her. Overall, worst service ever! More

I had brought my vehicle in for service and described my issue to the service representative Ron. He had a condescending manner of speaking with me and I would have preferred to speak directly with technici issue to the service representative Ron. He had a condescending manner of speaking with me and I would have preferred to speak directly with technician as having him as a middle man was an unpleasant experience. He did not seem friendly nor responsive to my inquiry and I ended up paying a diagnostic fee I was not anticipating due to the lack of communication. Overall the reason I am writing this review is to share with you the lackluster customer service that is perceived from Ron, he seems as though he is tired of dealing with customers and is simply not a pleasant person to work with.
