I have had to wait over 30-45+ minutes each time I had a scheduled appointment. Also get grief for asking to look at something else that wasn’t noted for the appointment. Plus I had to listen to the woman xxxxx about her dentist office calling to confirm her appointment…but you guy’s are bugging the crap out of me for a review and saying I’m over due from the Petaluma store where I bought the car and obviously your system doesn’t know that I have already had the service. Plus I ordered a mew rubber seal for the trunk of my car and was told it would be there in 5-7 days….know I thinks it’s been 30 days + and no communication from your dealership…but you have asked me about the service 7+ times. So I would rather not participate in these surveys because I don’t have anything nice to say…so I would rather just keep my mouth shut. Also the half xxx car wash is a joke! More
