I have not had the best experience this past year.I had I have not had the best experience this past year. I had to have my car towed in for a new battery. I spoke with service and told them the situation I have not had the best experience this past year. I had to have my car towed in for a new battery. I spoke with service and told them the situation and when to expect the tow truck -early morning. I did not hear back until late afternoon with a text requesting my approval to install a new battery before they could do a check up on the car. They had the car all day and did not put a new battery in... I was not pleased. More
