Previously had outstanding experiences with vehicle service staff. Last visit to get simple oil change, Service Advisor America tried to upsell me nearly $3,000 in unneeded service and new tires. I have been a loyal Manly Honda service customer since 2006. Since my assigned agent wasn't available, Brian Dorsey stepped up to help me. When I shared my notes from my brother, who recently retired as service manager from Walnut Creek Honda service manager, Brian told me he had actually worked for David. When the service revealed there was a leak in the radiator, Brian quickly went to work ordering the parts so that the replacement could take place the following week. Brian also found discounts he could apply to both the service and repair. I will never take my Ridgeline anywhere else. More
