I brought my 2016 Fit in for starting issues so they replaced the starter. When it was time to pick up, it still wouldn’t start. Left it for a couple more days and they couldn’t figure it out. So I’m $7 replaced the starter. When it was time to pick up, it still wouldn’t start. Left it for a couple more days and they couldn’t figure it out. So I’m $700 poorer with a car that still won’t start consistently. This is my third time around with this service center over the course of owning 2 different cars. My other experiences ended much the same way - replaced a part, but the issue persists. More

The first thing I saw when walking is was Susan in service department talking on and on with her mask pulled down past her chin! (and nearly every time she spoke!) This is right after you walk in the door with a large "Mask required" sign. Guess it's not enforced for employees. . . Shyla helped me, she was friendly and helpful. I do have to say that everytime I bring my vehicle in for service they find some big, expensive repair that "needs" to be done. Seems a little questionable. And wait time for even smaller services take an awful long time. So I'd rate the dealership overall as a 2 out of 5 stars. More
