Jose has been great for listening to my vehicle problems and get it fixed. I had a bad alternator in my car, and the battery sign was flashing. Alternator was few months old replaced outside of Honda Dealer and get it fixed. I had a bad alternator in my car, and the battery sign was flashing. Alternator was few months old replaced outside of Honda Dealer. Jose took time to help me inquire about the warranty. He took care of replacing the bad alternator with new one and applied all the discounts too. He could have easily said to put in a new alternator, pay for it and out of the dealership. I am giving him 5 star because he has that passion to help out customers. It took little longer than expected to have it done because I went there without an appointment and the warranty inquire took little longer. Hands down. Jose is the best I met at Manly. More

I’m still a relatively new customer at Manly, but they seem to go out of their way to provide great customer service even when they’re busy. I came in for my first oil change so I’m not really sure how th seem to go out of their way to provide great customer service even when they’re busy. No one came to check me in so I went inside and did it myself - I thought someone would come outside for curbside check-in but it wasn’t a big deal. More

I’m usually very satisfied with Manlys service, but this experience was not good. I brought my vehicle in for an oil change at 10:40 and asked if it could be ready by 2. I called at 2:30, and Ron told me if experience was not good. I brought my vehicle in for an oil change at 10:40 and asked if it could be ready by 2. I called at 2:30, and Ron told me if would be ready at 2:45. I arranged a ride, but my car was not ready until after 4. Ron was not a good communicator, and he seemed flustered and unorganized. In the past I have received texts updating me. When my car was finally ready, there were suggestions for future work that my car would need done, but no estimates on the cost. I asked Ron to find the estimates, and he said he would email me the information. I never heard from him. The whole experience was unsatisfactory. My service representatives for the last 15 years have been much more efficient and friendly. More
