Intuitively I believed that there was something very wrong about the entire business transaction. So I called another dealership. In comparison Hansel Honda was able to get the parts, and repair my cat, did not charge me anything for their diagnosis and honored my extended warranty. I will never return to Manly Honda and I am in the process of writing a letter to the general manager as well as the Better Business Bureau to make a formal complaint and to give a poor review. More
