Work done in timely manner. Felt I was overcharged for portion of work requested. Car was to be washed and cleaned ( vacuumed ) as part of listed service which it was not. During inspection of air filter portion of work requested. Car was to be washed and cleaned ( vacuumed ) as part of listed service which it was not. During inspection of air filter , leaves and minor debris that had accumulated in the corners under the hood during normal course of use was left and not removed . Would have taken only seconds to just remove the leaves yet was not even vacuumed or hand removed. Also had recommendations for replacement of air and pollen filter at a cost of more than $150 two simple no effort jobs that I was easily able to do myself in less than 10 minutes for both for about $50 for the parts purchased elsewhere. Can almost understand excessive labor costs for legitimate mechanical work , having to pay for cost of running a large dealership overhead and the like but charging for work that involves almost no time or expertise is an abuse. Have other work that was suggested that I will at very least research other businesses to have that work done. Like to have my work done at dealership where I purchased the car but question weather the same work might be done by a reputable business that goes the little extra to make sure their customers are cared for like they matter. My car was previously serviced for an oil change at another dealership. Several issues were noted during the service and Jose Rocha listened to my concerns regarding my vehicle and provided a plan to a another dealership. Michael was perfectly pleasant. However, the service team “too busy to get to my car” and when I went to pick it up nothing was done and no one called me to let me know. It was supposed to just be a simple service/oil change and I had made an appointment a week ahead of time. Service appts shouldn’t be overbooked like airplane seats. They were nice enough to give me a loaner for a day until my car was done but it hasn’t been my first issue with the way the service team runs things so it was disappointing. More

The process was easy and quick. I needed a ride and the service department arranged it. I did have a coupon from Costco for a 15% savings that was not accepted and still unsure why. service department arranged it.
