I had a great experienced bringing my CRV hybrid for a service. plus they also clean my car. so far so good and very satisfied. my only concern is whenever i want to fill up the gas tank, it never reach u service. plus they also clean my car. so far so good and very satisfied. my only concern is whenever i want to fill up the gas tank, it never reach up to 550 range as it used to be at the beginning, it goes up to 450 range limit only. Ron Timms has been as amazing service advisor. He goes the extra mile and really shows that he cares. Denise has been incredibly helpful with my rental services. Susan has consistently had hers beneath her nose on multiple occasions that I have been there. When walking in most of the service advisors refuse to make eye contact or offer any greeting. It comes across that they will only help their own service clients. Bill Robertson has always been kind and welcoming and has gone out of his way to make sure that I and any others customers have been helped. At the customer service desk, Jennifer, has been curt to borderline rude not only to me but to other customers as well as Bill. Customer service training needs to be brushed up. More
