I really like this service center. I've come to this service center numerous times for a variety of services. Bill Robertson, a service advisor is whom I have dealt with most of the time, and he is awe service center numerous times for a variety of services. Bill Robertson, a service advisor is whom I have dealt with most of the time, and he is awesome. About a week ago, I had a new battery installed and I had a light indicator issue resolved. The time frame for completion was fine. What I especially appreciated was the great customer service from another service advisor, Shawn Matteoli that I dealt with that day. He spent time and explained things very well, and he was both professional and personal. More

I have been able to find excellent support at this dealership and, like any group of folks, each service person has various depths of knowledge and therefor offers different levels of skill. I will add that I drive a lot so I need service often - I really don't want to take this time following each visit. Finally, I've had complete coverage since purchasing the car but a current issue wherein when using the iPhone, the radio volume intermittently gets stuck at 11 but was informed that Honda will not take responsibility for this issue and blames Apple. VERY frustrating... More
