I made it clear to Josh Feinberg that I preferred to get the loan thru Chase, as I bank there. Yesterday, I received an email notice from Chase Bank informing me that Mechanics Bank FKA CRB is my auto loan lender. Why? Also, with a credit score of 793, it would seem I’d qualify for a lower APR than 3.5%. Then of course there is, ‘’The Annual Percentage Rate may be negotiated with the Seller. Seller may assign this contract and retain its right to receive a part of the Finance Charge.’’ I’m hoping Josh will return my call and explain to me why my request to have Chase Bank as the Lender was not honored. I'm disappointed! More

I had fast courteous service. My car went in for an oil change and it was done before the time it should of been. It was easy to check in and check out.
