Rather disappointed in them. Had the recall two months ago, went down to the dealership and they said it looked like it was already done. But he (Ted K) would call me for sure which never happened. The service representative was nice, however when we requested that the exterior be washed, it was not done. Had an electrical issue happen with the touch screen, but has not happened since.
