Manly Honda - Service Center

America did a great job with my service appointment. She was attentive and quick. All good things with the service she provided. The questionable part was when we were asked to stay outside, to help prevent was attentive and quick. All good things with the service she provided. The questionable part was when we were asked to stay outside, to help prevent the spread of Covid, but the Honda staff got into every vehicle where the general public doesn't wear a mask. I know everyone is doing their best during this strange time, but some common sense needs to prevail. There's absolutely no logical reason to have customers wait outside to register, but allow them to come in to pay. It implies that it's okay to risk Covid for money, but not to give some customer service. Again, I know we are all doing our best to do the right thing, but there has to be some common sense involved. Thank you for all you do. More
