Great customer service from Jennifer and America getting me help with my car trouble and my rental car. I had a concern about Jesus not returning my phone calls and messages from my ongoing concern to sched me help with my car trouble and my rental car. We tried to talk to Service Manager Zach, and he did not address the problem in any matter, and he pushed away our concern without even listening to what we needed to say. Incredibly unprofessional manner to address a customer concern and very terrible way to treat a customer. While attempting to talk to Zach, he cut off what we needed to say, and clapped his hands together to break away the conversation. Next time ill be bringing my business elsewhere. More

America made certain that my tire rotation instructions were delivered to tech as well as the replacement pin for protective oil pan skid plate. I have had tech's (not Honda) not follow proper OEM rotation directions for my tire type. Denise quickly had me in a rental car to minimize my wait time for returning to work. I was put in the same car type that I drive making it very easy to adapt. When I came in to pick up my car I was very happy to find that the rotation had been done correctly. The only thing that was incorrect was the service tech put the previous days date in place of the actual service date on the service sticker. No big deal! The oil change coupon that I used made the service cost comparable to other shops and the service was excellent. More
