Not Happy I was very clear on my $ limit, with a "do not exceed a specific amount limit" by me, and the bill went way over my limit. Also, I made 3 requests tha I was very clear on my $ limit, with a "do not exceed a specific amount limit" by me, and the bill went way over my limit. Also, I made 3 requests that my rear view mirror be looked at to determine why it literally comes off in my hand when I try to adjust or flip it to change to dim. As far as I can tell that wasn't on the service sheet, nor when I called and left a msg. asking about the extra cost and whether the rear view mirror had even been looked at, the service rep. never called me back. He looked at it for a minute when he checked me in, but he wasn't sure what the problem was and said he'd have the service dept. check it out, which apparently didn't happen. I only brought it in to Manly Honda, for the 3rd time I think, for air bag recalls. Thought I'd have them change the oil and check on that mirror. This is my second unhappy experience here, so I will continue to take my care elsewhere in the future. More
