The people I interacted with were great. The way the service appointments are structured is not. Appointment times are pointless if they’re not kept. They have a crew of folks who are sta Needed to get a replacement keyfob programmed for my recently purchased 2018 Honda Accord (purchased elsewhere). They have a crew of folks who are standing by to offer assistance, they guide you to the right person to start with (making an appointment). On the appointment day, they guide you from the moment you arrive. A service rep (Chris Reid) gets the order started, then off to the waiting area. Took a couple of hours, but that was expected. This was the first time I'd used a dealership for service in more than a decade. I was very pleasantly surprised at the efficiency and communication. No hard sell on anything, and they even asked beforehand if I wanted to keep my license plate frames (a real pet-peeve of mine, having them switched out without asking at dealerships in the old days). Customer service and satisfaction is clearly drilled every day as the number one priority. My Honda has a couple of years of warranty left, and I'll definitely be back if/as needed. More
