Great Service The engine light had come on so in my CRV. I called for an appointment, but none were available but I brought my CRV in very early anyway. A wonderful blonde lady greeted me right away and told me it might take awhile but it was good that I brought it in. I was assigned to Andrew who then proceeded to explain what would be done and offered me an uber so I wouldn't have to wait. In waiting for my ride I had a cup of coffee which was wonderful! Everyone was so thoughtful and efficient and I had my car back in about 4 hours. Thanks so much! More

The people I interacted with were great. The way the service appointments are structured is not. Appointment times are pointless if they’re not kept.
