He was unethical and recommended my tires be changed before it was necessary and told me it was against the law and I could get a ticket if they got much more where which was not true. He also told me the brand of tires I had which are Michelin are not the best tires. Thanks to Bill, I feel confident and safe to have my car serviced at manly Honda again. More

Service for Recall First, I have to say how appreciative I am that Scott Longaker personally called me to let me know that there was a recall on a steering wheel wire on First, I have to say how appreciative I am that Scott Longaker personally called me to let me know that there was a recall on a steering wheel wire on my month old car. He knew that when I bought my 2019 CRV it was important to me that I got one that did not have the airbag recall as my previous (not a Honda) car had so many issues and a recall was the last straw. As it turns out, his call wasn't surprising to me because I thought the steering was a little "loose" and was about to call about that anyway. He immediately connected me to the service appointment desk and I was able to get an appointment within a few days. My service consultant, Chris, kept me informed every step of the way and I was pleasantly surprised that it didn't take as long as estimated. Since Scott wasn't there that day, I asked Chris if someone else could help me with some of the car settings that I didn't have time to go over with Scott when I originally took possession of the car (I had intended to do so again with either Scott or service later). When my car's service was complete, Drew magically appeared and spent time with me to figure out some of the settings that I wanted to change and also explained some of the theory behind the settings. I believe this recall fixed the problem I was having as the steering is much tighter now and I'm a happy customer yet again! Thanks, guys! More
