I recently visited the service department because of the damage I caused to my key fob while attempting to replace the battery; an epic fail. Travis and Bill made me feel much more comfortable about the damage I caused to my key fob while attempting to replace the battery; an epic fail. Travis and Bill made me feel much more comfortable about the predicament with their great sense of humor and hospitality. They fixed the issue in a matter of minutes and sent me on my way without a charge. I have had many good experiences at this dealership shince I've purchased my vehicle in 2016 and it's an honor to recognize these two gentlemen along with the organization that they help make outstanding to their customers. Hugely overpriced quote for replacement with a used transmission having no warranty. ($10,000) They wasted my money recommending a AT fluid flush I did not need for a failed transmission. The actual service I got to replace brake pads and rotors was fine. A local shop is completely rebuilding it for $4500, and gave Me that quote up front. More
