Great service from Scott but wrong diagnosis. Air conditioner stopped working...very good and accomodating service representative but got the wrong diagnosis. It was going to cost me almost $2000 Air conditioner stopped working...very good and accomodating service representative but got the wrong diagnosis. It was going to cost me almost $2000 to get my AC compressor, clutch and coil replaced and a new fan. Got a second opinion and the fan worked fine. I was outta there for $1000. Again, the service rep Scott was super awesome. Maybe they need to check in with their mechanics..... I called to see about a trade in value the same day I got the $2000 news and nobody even got back to me. More

Besides being professional, efficient & sincere, he is one of those people that just brightens your day! Really nice, great sense of humor & genuine; I get a strong feeling that he truly enjoys his work. I'll be asking for Scott in the future! I also want to say how impressed I am with Manly Honda overall; had a very positive experience & great price when I bought my car here last summer. The service dept is welcoming, very efficient & smooth running. AND, I saved $30 on my oil change compared to what another dealer quoted. (My Civic uses synthetic oil).
