This gave me some latitude when an unexpected item cropped up (drive belt) during the work. I felt confident my car came back to me in excellent shape. Bill R. shepherded me thru the center when Ted was @ lunch - while he wasn't directly involved in the service, I appreciated his friendly welcome. I am always pleased with the customer service extended @ Manly Honda. I've never felt 'talked down" to when discussing any service my car may need- I appreciate that.
